Over the past year, our work has continued to evolve not just in scale, but in focus.

What began as Utility Careers has grown into something broader and more intentional. The decision to rebrand to Telos Co reflects that shift.

Telos is a Greek word meaning purpose or ultimate aim. It captures what has always sat underneath our work: helping organisations and professionals make people decisions that serve a clear purpose, not just fill a role.

For our government, government-owned corporation, and water sector clients, very little has changed in practice. We continue to work closely with asset-intensive and regulated environments, supporting recruitment, leadership appointments, and workforce decisions that carry long-term responsibility.

What has changed is clarity.

Telos Co brings our recruitment, workforce advisory, leadership support, and industry contribution under one banner aligned by a simple idea: connecting people and purpose.

This also means a stronger focus on being present in the environments our clients operate in. Understanding assets, communities, governance structures, and operational realities remains central to how we work particularly across water, utilities, and public service.
